Summary

We are looking for a full stack Lead Software Engineer with Mobile experience who will be responsible for leading the team, design, development, implementation, and support of custom development technology, which supports critical business operations between customers, suppliers, and RNDC, in such a way as to meet and exceed the company’s objectives by performing the following duties.

In this role, you will

• Leading a team of engineers through architecture, demand delivery, code reviews, release management, application implementation, support, presentations, and meetings.
• Mentoring engineers and contributing to ongoing process improvements for the team.
• Perform full lifecycle software development, including CI/CD, unit test, automation and code coverage
• You are hands-on, you will perform full stack development, including front end, backend and database related SQL Script implementation and coding.
• Perform Mobile development, including iOS App and Android App
• Test and evaluate the technical aspects of every decision, make recommendations
• Develop application architecture using microservices and AWS services for high-volume web-based applications
• Review codes and assess code quality
• Support applications and provide timely solutions to issues
• Create and develop web user interfaces, proof of concepts
• Implement analytics and monitoring routines
• Perform analytics and A/B testing

What you bring to RNDC

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field 
• 7-10 or more years full stack development with mobile experiences with great coding skills and leadership skills
• TL (Technical Lead) experiences with great leadership skills
• 7-10+ years of full stack development experiences with React Native, React.js, Node.js, Redux
• 5+ years of mobile development experiences on iOS and Android
• 7-10+ years of experience with C# and .Net Core
• 5+ years Docker, Kubernetes working experiences
• 7-10+ years relational database working experiences, including SQL Server, Oracle

Additional Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages
• RESTful, Microservices implementation experiences
• Babel, Webpack, NPM working experiences
• Cloud architecture (AWS or Azure) experiences or certificates
• Expertise with mobile first design methodology, web standards and UI/UX best practices
• Experience with performance analysis and optimization, Accessibility (ADA) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices
• Expertise on Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD)
• Agile/Scrum lead working experiences
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, good time-management skills, great interpersonal and communication skills
