RSA is seeking a Distribution Associate. Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Distribution Associate on our Distribution team in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.

What you’ll achieve:

As a Distribution Associate (Generalist) you will contribute in various roles as part of our Distribution team including conducting high quality inspections and rework on our RSA SecurID product line as well as supporting our shipping process. We work to maintain a safe work environment by following ISO standards and procedures and complying with all legal regulations.

As a Distribution Associate (Generalist), you will be responsible for final inspection of manufactured products and ensure all material transactions are logged into our system accurately. You will also work with our logistics team to pack and process orders in our shipping system.

You will:

  • Handle parts with or without material handling equipment, requiring safety and delicate handling procedures.
  • Inspect final product according to RSA quality standards.
  • Assist in final assembly label application when required.
  • Pack and process shipments for final fulfillment.
  • Conduct physical counts and report inventory inaccuracies.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • Able to work overtime in times of need
  • Document inspections and material consumption by accurately completing logs and reports
  • Fundamental computer skills

Desirable Requirements:

  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Proven attention to detail abilities
