Description:

Per diem position to work in a Primary Care role

• External benchmarks (HPHC) --advanced practice nurses working as primary care providers salaries are compensated at 85% of physician PCP salaries
• Advanced Practice Clinician PCP model afford cost-efficient provision of primary care services. 
• Provides APC with path to promotion and allows medical director to use discretion to fill PCP vacancies with high performing APC.
• Experienced provider with 8+ years of experience committed to mission and patients of EBNHC (high likelihood of extended retention). 
• A much shorter ramp up time needed for experienced provider as already proficient in EPIC, EBNHC work flows and already accustomed to high volume of patients at 20 minute visits
