Responsibilities:
Horizon 3’s
- Work with various Business & Support Groups to assist originating ambitious new products & services that could/should exist
- Drive the new concepts through an accelerator for validation and on a pathway to production
- Track portfolio of products launched for benefit realization
Fintech / Startup partnerships
- Develop and manage startup programmes to deliver innovations across all products and markets
- Execute innovation strategies, design workshops and provide resources to foster collaboration and deliver successful products/solutions
- Provide thought leadership on financial technology and Startup Ecosystem to the Bank to foster collaboration with start-ups and industry players
- Manage innovation process, partner and engage with business, technology and support units
- Drive innovation agenda and practices in alignment with business strategies
Innovation Research
- Provide thought-leadership that will drive the Bank towards becoming the Most Innovative
- Providing research required for crafting and delivering innovative products/solutions
- Develop and manage creative learning and developmental programmes to build knowledge experts within the Bank
- Analyse and synthesise research findings to develop useful insights
- Perform extensive primary and secondary research to build a detailed understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends in banking and technology
- Research drives the identification of Horizon 3 propositions which are then managed as a portfolio of new ambitious innovations
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with at least 8-10 years of working experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on, hardworking and self-motivated personality
- Ability to work independently yet possesses strong team spirit
- Ability to juggle multiple work demands
- Good knowledge in technology and developing industry trends
- Experience in banking sector, innovation, research, delivering workshops and programme management
