Overview

As a Software Engineer within our Server Engineering team, you will work collaboratively with the Dev team as well as the Mobile Operators to help build network stacks to support millions of users. You come from a systems or development background (or are comfortable in both areas). You are self-directed and have the ability to track solutions from design through implementation, owning every step along the way. We strive for a deep understanding of the core technologies that are being used while building redundancy and establishing best practices.

Responsibilities

Deeply understand LotusFlare's DNO platform, system architecture and integration components；
Deliver customized pre-sales technical presentation and product demonstrations to customers；
Engage with potential customers to understand their business objectives and demonstrate the value proposition of LF DNO platform；
Work with LotusFlare's engineering team and externally with customer technical teams to propose and help clients build solutions that unblock deployment；
Drive project execution technical track; track delivery, take ownership of change management, proactively seek and resolve blockers；
Manage UAT and production releases, and project handover to our support and operational teams.
Support project management activities, ensuring issues are documented and addressed.

Requirements

1. 5+ experience in Project Management, Technical Program Management, or similar technical leadership role；
3-5 years of experience with software development lifecycle from conception to delivery as a software engineer or a solution architect；
5+ years of experience working with the telecommunications industry；
You are a digital savvy individual that knows the latest digital technologies and trends; you enjoy experimenting and are open to integrating new digital technologies in everyday work；
Proficient in API design, client server interaction design and cloud infrastructure architecture.
