Key accountabilities

The Business Development & Sales continental Europe division within ELITE is responsible for the launch, promotion and management of ELITE across Europe, with a specific focus on France, Netherlands and Portugal. The Team is focused on driving ELITE internationalization process across these countries leveraging also on Euronext network to onboard and establish strong relations with European SMEs but also financial advisors, intermediaries, professional investors to facilitate the access to capital through diverse funding options (equity & debt).

The role will support ELITE Business Development & Sales continental Europe team on the following activities:

  • Support ELITE project management activities both on membership and capital services, across different geographies
  • Business development activities: conduct industry and target companies research, develop analysis and present those in team meetings
  • Database management: databases update to ensure accuracy and consistency of target lists and customer/client information
  • Promote ELITE international expansion: support on specific internal and external business opportunities, assisting clients day-to-day requests and relationship management activities
  • ELITE platform: companies onboarding including due diligence analysis and risk level assessment
  • Preparation of meeting material and meeting reporting notes mainly with prospect SMEs but also advisors and investors
  • Support the concrete execution of the activities and services that ELITE is providing to companies within the ELITE Expansion Plan

Eligibility criteria for the V.I.E programme set by Business France:

  • Nationality of an EU country
  • 18-28 years old
  • No tax residence or previous work experience in Italy

Your profile

  • Master Degree in Management or Finance
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Good knowledge of Corporate Finance
  • Proven ability to work in team, and great interpersonal skills
  • Strong capabilities in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Data analytics skills (e.g. power BI)
  • Flexibility, enthusiasm to work within a fast paced work environment
  • Must be detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
  • Will to relocate for 1 year and another location for 1 additional year
