Team Introduction

SoundOn's Artist Services team has witnessed the dynamic of the music industry by combining creativity and technology. We're here to make your experience in the app better, and influence positivity through music. In SoundOn we have a unique vibe where people are passionate about music while they keep an open mind to lead innovation. Join us and make an impact on the music industry!

Responsibilities:

• Deal with user feedback, form the regular report and seek solutions for the users
• Overseeing the seamless distribution of key partners and artists
• Development of procedures and policies for the efficiency of operations, and be accountable for maintaining the quality of the catalog
• Conduct user and competitor research to understand user's demands in music distribution and marketing, iterate the general distribution service

Qualifications

• Understand product development. 3-4 years of related experience is preferred
• Good logical thinking, product management background is preferred
• Strong data-sense, good at solving problems in a scalable way, SQL skill is preferred
• Passionate, be able to work in a fast-moving work environment
• Proficient English. With cross-culture communication experience is preferred
