The Role
As Customer Technology Advisor (CTA) for cloud you will provide technical support and lead for sales engagements related to cloud services.
You will work in close cooperation with the Kyndryl Consult Partner and/or Customer Partner on targeted opportunities and customers bringing their depth of technical/solution expertise. Depending on opportunity and client size and complexity wider solutioning team can consist of Customer Enterprise Architect, Solutioners, delivery team members and worldwide Kyndryl experts. We expect from CTA development of technical or solution conversations delivering value through:
CTA is also billable role which through part of work time supports practice-specific Consulting, Advisory, Architecture activities in Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery, working closely with the Account Management Partner and/or Consult Partner on the account, bringing together the breadth of Kyndryl’s technical and solution expertise to develop profitable deals.
This is CTA Cloud role for CEE&EM which means you will be covering countries from Poland and Czechia on north till Greece, Cyprus and Israel on south, but we expect large focus of your work will be in Greece and Cyprus. Job can include occasional travel to the countries and clients you will be covering but obviously on in the safe countries and regions.
