The Toyota Woven City is a fully connected ecosystem powered by hydrogen fuel cells to be built at the base of Mt. Fuji in Japan. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an operation planning assistant manager to plan, design, launch and operate multiple logistics services with City Operation teams, as well as the engineering team in the Toyota Woven City.

You will report to the Head of Logistics Ops of Woven City Team, and the workplace is hybrid (office and remote).

当該ポジションのレポートラインは、Logistics Ops のHeadです。

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Launch of the Woven City Logistics Center
• Lead the implementation of our brand-new logistics services while working with the broader Woven team such as business planning, engineering and the business partners to expand multiple logistics services outside Woven City
• To be the counterperson against the business partners, plan and lead the relationship with them
• Setup project milestones, deliverables, risk evaluation, ensure projects are delivered within the project scope and budget
• Develop detailed workflow and execute project plan in a timely manner while monitoring and tracking the progress
• Engage with Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC Japan) and other Toyota group companies to promote collaborations

• Wovenの様々なチームやビジネスパートナーと協力し、物流サービスの導入と運用をリード
• ビジネスパートナーとの折衝窓口、良好な関係性構築
• プロジェクトを計画通りに進めるための適切なマイルストーン設定、成果物の定義、リスク評価の実施
• プロジェクトの詳細なワークフロー作成とプロジェクトマネージメント
• トヨタ自動車株式会社をはじめとするトヨタグループ各社との連携

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 5+ years of work experience in Operation planning
• Process planning and project management skills
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactiveness identifying issues and engaging stakeholders
• Daily level English and business level japanese proficiency
• 関連分野の学士号
• オペレーションの企画や立ち上げ、運用等において合計5年以上の実務経験
• 計画立案とプロジェクトマネジメント
• ロジカルシンキングと問題解決
• プロアクティブに問題を顕在化させ関係者とともに解決を目指す姿勢
• 日常レベルの英語およびビジネスレベルの日本語力

NICE TO HAVES:

• Experience in setting up any logistics project(in-house logistics, facilities and warehouses) and operating
• Experience in logistics planning and corporate sales for 3PL business
• Experience and knowledge of Logistics related software/system development
• Experience in developing new business
• 物流プロジェクト(館内物流、施設、倉庫など)の企画及び運用経験
• 3PL事業における物流企画・法人営業経験
• 物流関連のソフトウェア/システムの開発の知見や実務経験
• 物流コンサルタントの経験
