Tri Pointe Homes is looking for an experienced individual to join our talented group as a Social Media Specialist.

Position Highlights: The Social Media Specialist will oversee interactions with consumer audiences by creating and implementing content across various social media platforms for Tri Pointe Homes. Responsibilities include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and executing campaigns to continue building an online community. This position will contribute to the content strategy, oversee brand reputation, and ensure that social media content creation aligns with key marketing strategies and brand positioning, collaborating with home office and division team members across the country.

Position Highlights:

  • Curates and executes on the centralized strategy to attract and engage home shoppers and existing homeowners, enhancing Tri Pointe Homes brand positioning.
  • Oversees and manages the content calendar, campaigns, and activities on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Yelp, Pinterest, YouTube, Google My Business, etc.
  • Conceptualizes, adapts, and manages a variety of social media content, leveraging templates and collaborating with external resources as necessary. This includes formulating ad copy, selecting imagery, and curating visual graphics and posts suitable for specific platform audiences in alignment with community marketing teams and companywide initiatives.
  • Creates relationships with division marketing teams for alignment and success of social media efforts through planning and execution.
  • In partnership with marketing leadership and external resources, provides tools, processes, and training for all organic social media efforts.
  • Collaborates with division leadership teams to respond timely to customer comments across all social media channels.
  • Collaborates with corporate team and external resources for broader brand awareness content creation and execution.
  • Analyzes and reports monthly to maximize results; translates qualitative data into recommendations for optimizing social media efforts.
  • Reports real-time social media management to teams and develops messaging to address concerns and questions.
  • Strategizes with marketing leadership on integrated communications in Tri Pointe Homes brand voice across platforms.
  • Evolves the Tri Pointe Homes brand voice to promote engagement and drive demand for user-generated content.
  • Identifies threats and opportunities in user content across platforms and engages with followers.
  • Develops and expands the community of followers across social media channels.
  • Stays updated on emerging social media trends, best practices, and effective benchmarks for measuring social media impact.
  • Develops and evolves influencer marketing and strategic relationships with external platforms and customers.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or journalism.
  • 4 – 6 years B2C social media experience.
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective audience, and how to effectively utilize them for branding and marketing.
  • Familiarity with metadata, SEO, file naming, and other technical tools for content archiving.
  • Experience with social listening & publishing tools such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Demonstrates creativity and a documented history of immersion in social media along with experience in creating, sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
  • Exhibits ability to seamlessly transition between the creative and analytical aspects of marketing, with evidence of analytically sound decision-making.
  • Demonstrates the capacity to effectively communicate concepts and ideas in both written and video formats.
  • Excellent writing and proof-reading skills, emphasizing attention to detail, grammar, punctuation, and brand voice consistency.
  • Proven expertise in providing outstanding social customer service techniques.
  • Skilled in identifying potential negative or crisis situations and employing conflict resolution principles to defuse and manage such situations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is between $81,400-105,600 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.
