As an SAP Business Transformation & Change consultant, you will be responsible for driving the transformation agenda of the contract, you will partner with the client to design and align the transformation roadmap. They may apply a variety of tools and techniques such as Process Mining, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, AgileY. You will Lead, guide, and support multiple workstreams to design, plan, and implement identified transformation initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive Growth Strategies: Spearhead the growth initiatives of major international accounts by meticulously defining and executing account strategies. Oversee the seamless delivery of consulting and application services, while fostering and nurturing client relationships.
  • Forge Effective Partnerships: Play a pivotal role in fostering effective customer partnerships by engaging in with the client team and networking. Establish and sustain meaningful dialogues that strengthen client relationships.
  • Client Pursuit Leadership: Provide invaluable assistance in opportunity assessment, articulate value proposition development, and solutioning.
  • Govern Solution Delivery: Govern and actively participate in delivering our solutions, ensuring that our value propositions and performance commitments are met consistently.
  • Strategic Alignment: Maintain alignment with the client’s business strategy, drivers, and goals. Ensure that client engagements enhance their competitive advantage while meeting IBM’s profit and quality targets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support the ongoing refinement of IBM’s services. Contribute to internal and external marketing efforts, refine methods and tools, and integrate services and products synergistically to provide enhanced value. Share and present intellectual capital gained from past and parallel engagements.
  • Hands-On Support: Provide hands-on support to delivery teams whenever necessary, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as a strong personal advocate for the IBM brand. Serve as an internal and external speaker, actively engage in social and professional networks, form partnerships, contribute to academia, and participate in industry associations.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Understand and act as a Subject Expert in SAP Change Management best practices and Industry Trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand change impact needs and requirements. Work with cross functional teams, serve as catalyst by proactively identifying opportunity areas for transformation, automation and digitization.
  • Case for Change Creation: Facilitate and Lead the development of the business case for transformational change atl accounts with focus on SAP Enterprise Architecture, S/4 Hana transformation, and understanding the client agenda for change, as well as enhancing and owning client relationships.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

6+ Years SAP experience in consulting with E2E full life cycle implementation on SAP ECC/S4 HANA

Knowledge on SAP Best Practices with technical implementation experience.
