TEAM

Digital Twin Platform, as one of the core Woven Inventor Garage teams under the Woven City umbrella, is responsible for the realization of Woven City's vision: "Expand mobility. Enhance humanity. Engage society" by developing a robust software platform, on one hand to enable inventors and business owners to "test" their products in a virtual environment before deploying to the physical Woven City; on the other hand, to create analytics to help with decision-making based on both simulated results and more importantly operational data collected from the physical city, such as residents daily life, traffic dynamics, energy consumption, etc.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a passionate technical product or program manager who can be the thought leader for one or more Digital Twin products, and be able to design and execute process frameworks for all product life cycles. We also expect you to have a strong technical background in platform architecture, and the experience to effectively collaborate across departments and organizations internally and externally to deliver results.

You will be report to the sub-function lead and this role's workplace type is hybrid.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and guide product goals and roadmaps, monitoring and communicating progress, and defining functional requirements for new products and features
  • Articulate to stakeholders product vision, requirements, goals and program milestones
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery
  • Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
  • Develop collaboration across teams and functions
  • Perform risk and change management on projects
  • Influence program/product direction and simplify complexity

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of technical product / program management experience
  • Experience delivering cutting-edge tech programs or products from inception to production
  • Experience communicating and translating non-technical to technical (and vice versa) requirements and discussions to internal and external teams (including public-facing communication)
  • Experience describing features and/or system details and communicating technical information effectively
  • Business level proficiency in English language

NICE TO HAVES:

  • Experience with large-scale software platform product development (device, application, services, cloud)
  • Knowledge of any of the following: 3D visualization, game engine, cloud, machine learning, BIM
  • Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones
  • Business level proficiency in Japanese language
