Responsibilities

• Initiate appropriate framework and key metrics to measure performance of safety strategies and translate output into actionable insights to inform intricate decision-making.
• Develop rigorous end-to-end analyses using statistical models while working collaboratively with partners to identify high-impact opportunities related to performance optimization and user experience.
• Cooperate with PM/Ops team/R&D, to promote the implementation of optimization schemes, and bring about actual improvement and growth of the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field. Fluency in SQL and one other programming language (Python, R, etc.) for data manipulation and data modeling.
• At least 5 years of working experience in data science or machine learning.
• Strong technical leadership combined with hands-on data mining and machine learning application experience.
• Insightful data sense and rigorous logical mindset, capable of providing systematic approaches to solve business problems.
