Job Description

• Job Description and Roles/Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading BI development projects for development of advanced Power BI dashboards
• Designing, developing, and implementing prediction models which provides insights on key parameters related to Business & Financial KPIs.
• Collaborate with all users across functions e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, Sales, Delivery etc. 
• Analyzing and understanding business data requirements to design effective data models and visualizations that provide clear insights & predictions
• Evaluating and selecting appropriate AI tools and machine learning models for tasks, as well as building and training working versions of those models using Python and other open-source technologies. Working with leadership and stakeholders to identify AI opportunities
• Solve complex problems with multilayered data sets and optimize existing machine learning libraries and frameworks
• Optimizing performance of reports and dashboards, Implementing Security measures

Skills, Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• You have solid experience developing and implementing generative AI models, with a strong understanding of deep learning techniques such as LLM, GPT, VAE, and GANs.
• You are proficient in Python and have experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks
• You have strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Conversant with writing SQL Queries, Stored procedures, Functions, Triggers, defining tables, views, extracting data from various sources and transforming it into a usable format and loading it into Power BI
• You possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions.
• You have strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
• Experience with different databases and environments – SQL, GCP, Datalake, S4 HANA Data Warehouse etc.
• Working knowledge of core applications like S4 HANA, SFDC & Workday etc.
