We are seeking a Sr National Account Manager to help lead our Omni-Channel Sales Team efforts focused on profitably growing our business at Sam’s Club. 

The Omnichannel Sr National Account Manager will be part of a dynamic team focused on profitably growing our business at Sam’s Club. The role will be responsible for helping lead our omnichannel strategy development at Sam’s Club to profitability capture our sales & share objectives. This role will analyze Member and market data to identify opportunities to increase Member conversion, bring omni to the forefront of our go to market branded strategies, and build partnerships with key Sam’s Club contacts retailers. 

What You Will Do 

Key member of Sales team managing a top tier retailer for Georgia-Pacific. You will be working across all aspects of the business, possessing, and sharing a deep understanding of Sam’s Club, including their go-to-market strategy, tools, objectives, priorities, and Sam’s Member behavior. 

Business Development 

  • Establish aligned Omnichannel JBP goals and objectives and execute them to deliver profitable sales and share growth.
  • Present and gain alignment to recommendations across DSMP framework 
  • Best in class knowledge of digital shelving with ability to audit catalog and derive insights to proactively address issues and identify opportunities.
  • Strengthen customer relationships via highly effective wiring—up and across the organization.
  • Ensure cross functional team alignment to business strategies & objectives (Retail, Replenishment, Customer Service, Customer Investment, Customer Insights, .com, Shopper Marketing)
  • Execute GP Brands (Retail & Pro) and Sam’s Private Brand omni-channel strategies.

Fiscal Management 

  • Drive annual growth against key GP measures (Net Rev, NIAT, $ Share, DSMP, IDM / Forecast Accuracy)
  • Responsible for investment and P&L management including trade, ISM, and total return.

Forecasting / iPlan 

  • Develop forecasting process and maintain up-to-date forecast for demand planning and financial analysis and modelling. 
  • Drive forecast and supply/demand planning improvements across organization

Internal GP Communication

  • Keep internal teams current on all Sam’s related information and ensure customer POV is integrated cross-functionally (category, brand building, digital ops, content, customer planning, supply chain) 
  • Provide communication regarding business trends and potential impact on the business to appropriate audience; align on priorities and next steps.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders. 

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of trade marketing, sales and/or customer investment/customer planning/customer strategy experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word).
  • Willing to travel 20% of the time
