Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Reporting to the Compliance Officer you will support the Compliance team to design, enhance and implement a compliance management system for the Mabanaft Group (national/international)
• Planning and implementing necessary measures in relation to the LkSG
• Central contact for all matters human rights and work condition in the supply chain
• Create risk and impact analysis according to LkSG
• Conduct in-person compliance trainings
• Support integration of compliance processes and procedures in IT-supported workflows
• Analyze and respond to compliance-related reports, concerns and requests from internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct KYC (Know Your Counterparty) checks
• Independently identify and lead compliance projects to ensure continuous improvement of the Mabanaft compliance program

Your profile:

• Preferably experience in legal, business/finance or engineering sector or similar area combined with professional work experience in a compliance environment or related function
• Analytical mindset with an eye for practical solutions
• Integrity, decisiveness, and good judgement in a fast-paced environment
• Sound practical experience in project management and in international teams
• Flexibility for travel to support the Group's global activities
• Must be proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); affinity for IT and experience with internal controls and accounting systems is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English, additional languages are a plus
