Tenure Track Faculty Position in Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics

The department of Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time tenure track Investigator at the rank of Assistant and Associate Professor. The department boasts a diverse faculty body, with research interests spanning a wide array of disciplines, including biochemistry, epigenetics, metabolism, and statistical genetics/computational biology.

The search committee chaired by Dr. Issam Ben-Sahra is particularly interested in candidates whose research expertise aligns with one or more of the following areas: neurobiology, immunity, epigenetics, and metabolism, to complement and enhance the existing faculty expertise within the department.

Successful candidates should hold a PhD and/or MD with expertise in biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field by the time of appointment.

The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.
