Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, cloud-based, or Internet-related computer programs.

Code may be used in commercial or end-user applications, such as materials management, financial management, HRIS, mobile apps, or desktop applications products.

Using current programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications.

Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.

May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.

The primary responsibility of the Software Applications Development Engineer is to develop new applications and improve upon existing ones that will our client and business needs.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• A relevant tertiary IT degree/diploma or equivalent.
• Must have five years of experience developing software applications.
• At least 5 years development experience with .NET (C#).
• At least 5 years development experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Web application and mobile application development experience.

• Cloud (AWS/AZURE) - added advantage
• ASP.NET
• Web API
• .NET C#
• .NET Core

• Angular 2
• JavaScript
• API

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• A relevant tertiary IT degree/diploma or equivalent.
• Must have 5-7 years of experience developing software applications.

Required Experience:

• Web application and mobile application development experience.
• Experience with building back-end functionalities.
• Experience with RESTful and API service integration.
• Experience with designing, implementing and/or debugging software systems, as well as experience with web technologies (HTML5, CSS3) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of angular functionalities.
