Responsibilities

The School of Management at New York Institute of Technology, LI and NYC, is looking for an adjunct professor to teach finance courses for all SOM undergraduate students at its Long Island (Old Westbury) and NYC campuses.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a M.S. or MBA or Ph.D. degree in finance or related field.

CFA is preferred.

Teaching experience or industrial experience in finance.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat. Experience of online teaching is desirable.

New York Tech considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate experience/expertise, education/training, key skills, geographic location, internal peer equity as well as market, organizational considerations and/or applicable collective bargaining agreement when extending an offer. Adjunct Faculty offered hourly rate is contingent on applicable rank.
