About the Team

The Food and Beverage team promote best practices and support the business by elevating and creating unique employee and client food and beverage experiences. Our team focuses on implementing industry knowledge across our global portfolio, providing special food and beverage opportunities, creating leading operating standards and deploying innovative ideas that engages our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the wider food services and daily operations for the office(s)
• Lead food specialists with daily operations and collaborate on regional projects
• Implement and create policies, guidelines and processes that optimize food operations and vendor service level agreements
• Create and deliver training for vendors and team members as required
• Action improvement areas based on food operations satisfaction, including actioning and optimising regular satisfaction surveys for food operations
• Foster and maintain positive relationship with vendors and users. Maintain prompt and accurate communication with all Operations, Event Distributors, Vendors and other department collaborators.
• Lead large regional/global projects and country initiatives across the office(s)
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in relative food industries; catering service/vendor provider management and structure
• Experience in on-site catering management in technology companies with an ability to navigate different applications and platforms to drive data driven solutions
• MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project);
• Strong communication, organization, analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
• 0-40% travel is expected
