About the Opportunity
As a member of Global Operation Discipline team, you are responsible for ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and the adoption of One-Best-Way operational processes globally. The Global Support Team (GST) plays an important role in supporting country Reservation & Operation teams during peak periods or personnel shortages. Additionally, GST will be the vanguard to set up a Reservation & Operation team when Discova expands to new destinations. Therefore, as a member of the GST, you will be trained in the necessary skills of both Res/Ops and be able to carry out work independently as well as work in a team. You have a strong desire for structure, high organisational skills, and love working according to procedures and schedules.
