The Integrated Marketing team is the driving force behind the marketing and platform campaign endeavors of Bytedance's Global E-commerce division, lovingly referred to as TikTokShop E-Commerce Business. Our mission? To transform the online shopping experience, one captivating campaign at a time.

The Senior Campaign Marketing Manager is a seasoned marketing professional responsible for conceiving, planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives. This role involves leading a team, developing comprehensive marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful implementation of campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and oversee the creation of comprehensive marketing campaign strategies that align with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and key messages

2. Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and facilitating skill development
  • Allocate tasks, set objectives, and evaluate team performance

3. Campaign Execution and Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including budget management, creative development, and media planning
  • Ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget

4. Cross-Channel Marketing:

  • Implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content, events, and traditional media
  • Coordinate efforts to maintain a consistent brand message and identity

5. Data Analysis and Optimization:

  • Analyze campaign performance using metrics and data-driven insights to make necessary adjustments for optimal results
  • A/B testing and refining strategies for continuous improvement

6. Content Development and Creative Direction:

  • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling marketing assets, including copy, visuals, videos, and other materials that align with campaign goals

7. Budget Management:

  • Manage campaign budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective marketing solutions

8. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay informed about market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats

9. Reporting:

  • Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, including ROI, and present results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in marketing, including campaign management, with a strong track record of successful campaigns
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of managing and developing marketing teams
  • Excellent understanding of various marketing channels and emerging trends
  • Proficiency in data analytics and marketing automation tools
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
