Responsible for 2-3 NCAA Division I sport teams at USC Upstate with the oversight of the strength and conditioning coach at USC Upsate; responsible for creating strength and conditioning programs specific for the team; meet with coaches to discuss goals, concerns, and enhancing performance; baseline testing, follow up testing, weekly tracking of specific metrics to assess preparedness, and adjusting program plans in response to the data collected; assist with a team that is not their direct responsibility; create 10-minute presentations delivered to all student athletes covering topics related to performance in the areas of nutrition, performance psychology, and mental health while staying within the scope of practice as a strength and conditioning coach
QualificationsMust be a currently enrolled graduate student with six graduate credit hours per semester; Must have and maintain a 3.0 GPA;
