Job Overview:

  • Technical Specialist will work in services delivery role for Managing end to end project along with requirements of day to day activity related to SCCM.
  • This role is highly customer focused, requires ability and willingness to travel and to be able to work in a growing organization.

What you'll do:

  • Understanding customer requirements, creating project plan and implementing SCCM project end to end.
  • Strong knowledge of SCCM Application and SQL DB configuration as per best practices of Microsoft.
  • Planning and Upgradation of SCCM versions from lower to latest versions.
  • Strong understanding of SCCM with advanced working knowledge of application deployment, patch management, client and server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Configuration of Client settings and Primary site backup and restore.
  • Working Experience or knowledge on IBCM (Internet Based client management).
  • Configuration of CMG (Cloud Management Gateway) for internet clients and implementation of Bitlocker for Drive encryption.
  • Configuration of Management Point, Distribution Point, Software Update Point and its management and troubleshooting.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot day to day operations, performing monitor and tuning system performance, and providing administration, configuration, installation, deployment and maintenance.
  • Handling of escalation calls for SCCM issues from L1 & L2 Engineers.
  • O365 patch deployment and application deployment.
  • Third party patch deployment with SCCM.
  • Knowledge of creating customized reports as per customer requirement for reporting service.
  • Strong working knowledge in configuration and implementation of OSD PXE (Operating System Deployment) along with MDT and customization of Task sequence as per customer requirement and troubleshooting PXE issues.

About you:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience on SCCM.
  • Strong knowledge on Microsoft On-premises products and technologies (Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, SQL, etc)
  • Knowledge on Exchange Server, O365 will be additional advantage
  • Communicates effectively verbally including excellent presentation skills, communicates clearly in writing; strong relationship building skills.
