Responsibilities

The School of Management at New York Institute of Technology, NYC, is looking for Adjunct faculty to teach Management of Information Systems (MIST) courses for SOM graduate and undergraduate students at its NYC campus.

The MIST instructor will need to teach courses on Enterprise resource Planning (ERP) systems, Emerging Internet technologies, and Introduction to management of Information Systems.

Qualifications

Candidates need to have an M.S., MBA, Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Information Systems or related field. ABD candidates will also be considered.

Preferred areas of competence include ERP and Management of Information Systems

Candidates must be available to teach in-person courses during weekdays and evenings on our New York City campus, in addition to teaching on Zoom or online.

Graduate teaching experience is preferred, as well as experience with Zoom/online teaching.

New York Tech considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate experience/expertise, education/training, key skills, geographic location, internal peer equity as well as market, organizational considerations and/or applicable collective bargaining agreement when extending an offer. Adjunct Faculty offered hourly rate is contingent on applicable rank.

Maximum Salary

USD $104.00/Hr.
