Postdoctoral Research Associate in Growth of Electronic Materials

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering seeks applications for a postdoctoral or more senior research associate for research in growth of electronic materials from gas sources, including Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD). Applications will include structures for silicon-based quantum computing and thin film transistors for large-area/flexible electronics. Experience in materials growth and characterization, safe handling of semiconductor gases, and vacuum/pumping/deposition systems is required. Expertise with metal-oxide-based materials and/or silicon-based materials and plasmas is helpful but not required.
