1. Pay attention to the direct competition faced and carry out regular research to ensure that the activities of competitors are known. Provide intelligence and information on the hotel's competitors' food and beverage activities.
2、Participate in the development of Chinese restaurant promotional plans and provide targeted, market research background recommendations to drive sales and maximize profits from Chinese restaurant promotions.
3、Good practical operational and administrative skills.
4、Establish member customer file information and update it in time.
5、Regularly visit and return customers and record guest feedback.
