ABOUT THE TEAM

Trendyol Go, the local commerce arm of Trendyol Group, works to meet all the daily needs of our users and brings local merchants, couriers and Trendyol users together. We make seamless connections in real time and we are able to expand our offer to include food and fresh groceries thanks to our on-demand solution. We are delighted to strengthen local commerce with Trendyol's operational excellence by bringing marketplace solutions backed by our last mile delivery network.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Understand & analyze dynamics of on-demand food delivery.
  • Partner with data science to ensure optimum restaurant selection, restaurant discoverability and quality.
  • Responsible for designing required processes increase content quality of restaurants.
  • Responsible for designing effective promotion mechanics to reach targets.
  • Strive for operational excellence by empowering local merchants via technology.
  • User centric approach; getting continuous feedback from user NPS and focus groups to improve selection, promotion and pricing.

Qualities We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in data analysis, business intelligence / insights, corporate strategy, or equivalent consulting experience.
  • Capable of quickly understanding various operational metrics and products, and how they interact.
  • Effective prioritization and ability to balance quality and speed in a time constrained environment.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership with a get-it-done attitude.
  • Ability to aggregate and synthesize large amounts of data and leverage a deep understanding of micro and macro fulfillment metrics and systems to drive insights.
  • Eagerness to spot inefficiencies and improve broken processes in ever-changing environment.
  • Experienced in team management and being able to direct the team in line with strategy and goals.
  • Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented commercial mind and eager to learn.
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills with end to end process mindset.
  • Ability to stay calm in dynamic, rapidly-changing environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel / GSheets for data analysis.
  • Experience working directly with product/engineering teams on scalable process solutions.
