Project Description: Salesforce Developer responsible for creating and maintaining business solutions within ServiceNow by working closely with business stakeholders to understand their business processes, gain agreement on these processes, and recommend solutions to implement these processes. The Developer will be a member of an Agile team responsible for the development and maintenance of the processes and for providing guidance to the development team to ensure best practices and consistent delivery of applications.

What You’ll Get to Do:

Leading a team of developers to create business process solutions within the ServiceNow framework while maintaining use of best practices.

• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of both new applications and application customization.
• Customization of the Application UI and workflow.
• Delivering new services via the service portal.
• Development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap.
• Experience interviewing stakeholders to gather system requirements, estimate the level of effort, develop conceptual designs, and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Supporting the requirements definition and application testing processes.
• Supporting requirements for system certifications, including security. 
• Investigating application issues and collaborating with team members to resolve them quickly.
• Development of reports according to ongoing customer needs.
• Ongoing management of the ServiceNow environment, including platform version upgrades and application releases without business impact.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Salesforce development experience
• Active TS SCI with Polygraph Clearance
• Leading a team of developers

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

• Java or developmental language
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
