As a Service supervisor/Service Associate - Horison Club, we rely on you to

作为行政楼层领班/接待,您的主要工作职责为:

Work positively and provide service to guests in a friendly manner.

Actively participate in all required trainings to improve work skills.

Committed to the hotel, advising on its development, being innovative and providing quality service to customers.

Play an active role in the team and communicate effectively to ensure targets are met.

Provide warm service to customers and make them feel at home.

Register guests, ensure that guest information is fully filled out and confirmed, serve and develop members in accordance with the requirements of the hotel's honorary members and flight mileage members, as well as confirming payment methods.

Escort guests to their rooms, introduce room layout, ensure luggage is delivered in a timely manner, etc.

Take necessary action to address customer grievances in a timely and effective manner, informing the Guest Relations Manager when appropriate. Return to guests to ensure that they are satisfied with the resolution.

Focus on customer information and preferences to ensure that guest requests are met

Ensure that guests are provided with personalized service.

Assist the Executive Floor Manager in assigning rooms according to guest preferences.

Prepare welcome cards/letters for executive floor, first time and honorary member guests.

Arranges room gifts for VIP guests as well as special events such as birthdays and honeymooners.

Work with Sales, Reservations and Business Development teams to service guests.

Ensure quality and professional service is provided to member customers and develop guest membership.

Provide additional services to VIP guests including refreshments, towels, etc.,.

Help guests to book flights, travel itineraries and make reservations.

Efficiently check out and ensure accurate guest billing.

Enter accurate and complete information into the hotel management system so that it can be shared.

Follow hotel brand standards.

Get a basic overview of the hotel hotel.

Keep up-to-date with the hotel's neighboring areas, places of interest, scenic spots, etc. for the convenience of customers.

Ensure the tidiness of the executive floor.

Communicate effectively with F&B, Rooms, Engineering, IT etc.

Report on issues related to hotel systems, hardware and facilities and how to deal with them.

Provide food and beverage services to the executive floor, monitor service standards, cleanliness, etc.

Enter guest information into the Public Safety Reporting System in a timely and accurate manner.

Keep the Executive Floor Manager updated on developments.

Ensure information is effectively communicated to people, resolve issues in a timely manner to guest satisfaction, attend daily mandatory meetings, etc.

Ensure daily tasks are completed, including and not limited to those listed on the work checklist.

为行政楼、初次到店和荣誉会员客人准备欢迎卡/信。

为VIP客人安排房间礼物以及特殊活动,例如:过生日和度蜜月的宾客。

和销售,预定和商业发展团队共同为客人提供服务。

确保为会员顾客提供优质专业的服务,发展客人加入会员。

为VIP宾客提供额外的服务,包括点心,毛巾等,

帮助客人订机票、旅游行程和做预定。

高效率的办理离店,确保客人账单准确。

将准确完整的信息录入酒店管理系统,以便大家分享。

遵循酒店品牌标准。

掌握酒店酒店的基本概况。

了解酒店周边地区的最新信息,名胜,风景地等,为顾客提供方便。

确保行政楼层的整洁。

与餐饮部,客房部,工程部,IT等进行有效的沟通。

汇报有关酒店系统,硬件设施的有关问题及处理方式。

为行政楼层提供餐饮服务,监督服务标准和清洁等。

及时准确的将客人的信息录入公安报告系统。

随时向行政楼经理汇报最新的动态。

确保信息有效的传达到人,及时解决问题让客人满意,参加每日必须的会议等。

确保完成每日的任务,包括并不仅限于工作检查表所列的工作。
