Customer Management:
Gather the customer’s requirements.
Consider solution against customer requirement.
Conduct Fit & Gap analysis.
Create proposal which includes scope of work, WBS, Project Plan, Organization and Deliverables. Proposal should surpass other competitors.
Introducing IoT digital, ERP and other core Hitachi Solution to customer.
System Engineering
Provides advice and guidance to organizations on the design, development, and implementation of complex systems
includes identifying and analyzing system requirements, defining system architecture, and ensuring the efficient and effective integration of different system components. They may also be involved in testing, commissioning, and maintaining the system, and providing technical support to clients.
Project Management
Manage project progress in terms of schedule and cost
Manage project deliverables include quality.
Internal Work Management
Improve internal system engineering process and quality management.
Manage subordinate work performance.
Qualifications:
Have project management or leader experience (Team Leader) to support entire processes of system implementation which start from requirement gathering followed by design, development, test, migration, before or after go-live support.
Have a knowledge and experience of various kinds of system, like ERP, IoT such as Production side system, video analysis, AI, etc.
Must have a strong understanding of system engineering principles and methodologies, as well as experience in a variety of industries and technologies.
Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills are important for success in this role.
Having fundamental IT knowledge level. (Application development, hardware, operating system, database, programming languages, networking, web application, etc.)
Interpersonal & Communication skills, Positive mentality (Independence, Initiative, Spontaneous)
Vendor & Customer & Resource management skills
Capable of analyzing the customer requirement and design overall system specification and concept.
Fluent English language.
