The Administrative Assistant will support the Talent Acquisition teams through scheduling interviews, scheduling assessments, processing invoices/expense reports, posting positions and potentially reviewing requisitions. Administrative Assistant may be asked to help source qualified candidates, assist as needed with the pre-employment process and assist with onboarding new hires. This position will regularly assist with recruitment data gathering and help to craft powerpoint presentations. It requires outstanding people, customer service skills, strong administrative and organizational skills. This position will be in-office at Cool Springs corporate headquarters.
Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree highly preferred; at least one year in corporate office professional setting; experience within HR department ideal. We are looking for someone who has a positive outlook and can be a reliable teammate.
Depending on the selected individual's preference this role would could take a Recruiting career track or Administrative.
This position will require going into the Cool Springs corporate headquarters Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
