Minimum 1 year work experience as Demi Chef De Partie or 2 years as Commis Basic Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards· Knowledge of Modern Asian cuisine (Japanese and Chinese), Specialised in Sushi, Dimsum and wok. Good Guest Relations Skills
