What you will do as a Bartender

• To have full knowledge of food and drink menus
• To follow set sequence of service and service standards, up selling and making food and drink recommendations where appropriate
• To follow set cleaning, opening and closing standards as specified
• To have full working knowledge of the micros ordering system
• To fully hand over bar covers at lunch by completing an open check report when taking an official break and when finishing a shift.
