What you will do as a Bar-back

• Complete necessary side-work as per schedule, this includes stocking and organizing all Beverage, juices, glassware, wines, cut fruit.
• Keep the bar well stocked, including fruits, mixers, syrups, juices and Spirits.
• Interacting with other bar employees to ensure the smooth running of the department.
• Clean and polish glasses
• Greet and provide a friendly guest experience.
• Ensure the bar areas are clean and presented all the time.
• Be able to change Kegs
• Knowledge about our Signature cocktails and be comfortable with the classics.
• Maintain a sanitary environment complying with health and safety regulations.
• Positive Attitude
