The Night Audit Supervisor will expected to support senior leadership with maintaining and enhancing the overall guest experience during the overnight shift. This position will be responsible for assisting with guest relations, responding to guest feedback, answering telephone calls, generating end-of-day reports, providing administrative support, interacting with guests upon arrival and departure, responding to guest concerns, etc.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations.
  • 1 year supervisory experience
  • 2 years front office experience
