Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Assistant Front Office Manager will have oversight of the front office staff, staffing needs, and guest services. Additional responsibilities may include training, staff development and scheduling. The Assistant Front Office Manager responsibilities include assisting in overseeing multiple areas in the Rooms Division. This can include the Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Services. As a highly visible role within the hotel it offers the opportunity to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction according to luxury standards.
