A subcommittee of discipline experts that is coordinated by an Academic Senate President will review the equivalency materials and make a recommendation as to whether or not the applicant demonstrated they have qualifications that are equivalent to those shown in the minimum qualifications section of the job posting. For disciplines that are unique to a specific campus the equivalency may be done by the hiring committee along with an Academic Senate President.
