Current Intern agreement between College/University and LBUSD on file.
Letter of Introduction
Three Letters of reference (one within the last 6 months)
Must be able to pass FBI & DOJ finger print clearance
Must be able to provide evidence of freedom from TB
Must have intern agreement on file between College/University and LBUSD.
