Benefits: Generous benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision for employee and dependents. Vacation and sick leave accrued. This position qualifies for CalPERS retirement. The employee contribution rate for CalPERS is either 7% or 8% of monthly earnings depending on the membership date. This position also contributes to Social Security. The contribution rate for Social Security is 6.2% of monthly earnings.
