Position Overview 

Spend your days making a difference, not just working for a living. We do that by creating Security, Risk management, Compliance, and audit software that uncovers fraud, waste, environmental risk, and abuse in their organizations. Our collaborative R&D teams use Serverless AWS technologies to build our SaaS platform and tackle strategic business challenges, creating highly impactful solutions for today and for our future to support Modern Governance. 

QA Analyst will be working as a part of a Scrum team and primarily responsible for QA processes, focusing on creating and executing functional and End-to-end test cases and identifying/reporting/tracking defects. This individual will work closely with all members of the team to create and drive a successful Functional Testing strategy for a product. This role requires Collaboration, strong communication, out of the box thinking, mentoring and leadership skills and someone who enjoys being part of a pro-active and self-managing team. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Review and analyze system specifications. 
  • Work as part of agile team to groom user stories and ensure work items are clear and testable. 
  • Understand the GRC domain and application to come up with business scenarios for testing.
  • Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans. 
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results. 
  • Documentation of testing phases, test scenarios/cases and defects. 
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams. 
  • Help troubleshoot issues.
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing. 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. 

Required Experience/Skills: 

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role. 
  • Experience in project management and QA methodology.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors. 
  • Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., qTest, Zephyr, Xray). 
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work with Product Owners and other stakeholders to understand the customer requirements.
  • Having an analytical mind-set and can grasp complex concepts easily. 
  • Having working knowledge on Jira or any other Agile process management tool. 
  • You are fluent in English, and you are not afraid of working agile.
