We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Quality Engineer to join our team at IDT Corporation. As a Software Quality Engineer, you will contribute to the Retail channel services team to help ensure the quality of one of the most important customer facing platforms of IDT which offers retailers and distributors a wide range of products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases and test scenarios for frontend and services using different testing tools.
- Ability to evaluate expected functionality against specifications / requirements.
- Ability to identify system bottlenecks with strong troubleshooting, problem solving & reasoning skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the integration touch points and execute integration/end to end tests.
- Work closely with developers to get features tested as part of a scrum team.
- Proactive approach in developing test strategy and plans for features being implemented.
- Ability to understand and contribute to automated tests in existing java/C# based framework is a plus.
- Support production releases and perform post release testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing methods such as regression, integration and end to end testing on QA/UAT environments.
- Strong knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, MongoDB and API testing tools such as postman, swagger.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to check applications logs using command line.
- UI Automation experience using Java / C# test framework is a plus.
- Exposure to CI/CD, AWS, docker containerization is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
