Position Overview:
Experienced and result-oriented NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our team. As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation, optimization, and management of NetSuite ERP solutions for Brillio. Your in-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionality and best practices will be crucial in delivering exceptional results that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultation and Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their business processes, pain points, and requirements.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and translate business needs into actionable NetSuite solutions.
Solution Design and Configuration:
Design and configure NetSuite solutions that align with industry best practices and Brillio requirements.
Customize NetSuite modules, workflows, dashboards, and reports to optimize system utilization and user experience.
Implementation and Integration:
Lead and manage the implementation of NetSuite solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Integrate NetSuite with other systems and third-party applications to create seamless data flow and process automation.
User Training and Support:
Provide comprehensive end-user training on NetSuite functionality and features.
Offer ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain system efficiency.
Quality Assurance:
Perform thorough quality assurance tests to validate system configurations and data accuracy.
Best Practices and Continuous Improvement:
Stay up to date with NetSuite updates, enhancements, and Software industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.
Share best practices and insights with the team to enhance overall consulting capabilities.
Project Management and Documentation:
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
Maintain clear and organized project documentation, including requirements, design, and configuration details.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or commerce, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant.
Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing NetSuite solutions in software domain.
Strong expertise in NetSuite modules such as Financial Management, CRM, Procure to Pay, Order Management.
Excellent understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into effective system configurations.
Demonstrated experience in data migration, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
NetSuite certifications (such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant) are highly desirable.
Strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
