For our site in Hannover we are looking for a Senior Scientist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Analytical Science within the drug product development and life cycle management processes
  • Responsible for planning of analytical activities within the drug product development process
  • Mentor and provide functional leadership for other scientists
  • Leads Drug Product Design & Development activities within project teams
  • Works with internal and external development programs, cross functional teams and external parties to achieve development tasks
  • Supports the technology transfer process to internal and external manufacturing sites
  • Provides quality reports for internal use and regulatory submissions
  • Helps with the evaluation and due diligence of external opportunities
  • Participates in the global innovation process to help generate new product
  • Helps drives and stipulates intellectual property with patent department
  • Ensures clear communication of higher complexity within project teams, therapeutic area teams and departmental functions

Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. chemistry, pharmacy, biology). Ideally a higher degree such as a master’s degree or a Ph. D in a related discipline.
  • Relevant demonstrated experience in a related scientific discipline showing an ability to develop and tech transfer analytical test methods for product development.
  • Ability to represent Product Design & Development within multifunctional project teams. Ideally 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical development or manufacturing.
  • Experienced working in industrial GMP environment with a pharmaceutical technology background or comparable. - Fluent in English (written and spoken)
