Business Analyst and Sales Systems Specialist (1 Year Contract)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full support/ take ownership for daily usage of SFDC system by the sales team.
  • Work closely with Global IT team in setting up SFDC functionalities based on APAC requirements.
  • Hands on figuration of territory changes, essential data fields creation
  • Migrate and uploading of existing customer database in excel to SFDC.
  • Oversee implementation and train Sales team to maximize the use of SFDC as an Integral tool and enabler in our sales process. 
  • Maintain and keep customer database clean with all customer details including segmentation and targeting of accounts and Physicians.
  • Work with sales leads to ensure that, implants, services, call objective, post call notes are accurately recorded after each call, and on a timely manner.
  • Develop a formal document outlining the strategy and policy relating to the SFDC system usage.
  • Ensure sales force members actively create weekly and monthly call plan in advance, which are reviewed and discussed by their managers.
  • Ensure monthly sales force activities plan are up-loaded to SFDC on a monthly basis.
  • Leverage data from SFDC to inform decision making regarding effectiveness of sales and marketing programs and to report back to management via Dashboards and KPI's set by Regional management.
  • Design and maintain sales team performance Power BI dashboards.
  • Design and maintain product launch Power BI dashboards.
  • Design and maintain market intelligence Power BI dashboards.
  • Identify gaps and propose SFDC future enhancements.
  • Time allocation - SFDC- 40% .Sales analytics and Dashboards – 60%

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Salesforce.com/VEEVA administration experience preferred.
  • Experience in development of KPI Power BI dashboards
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Power BI skills
  • Understanding of SFE fundamentals e.g customer segmentation and targeting, territory sizing
  • Must have experience in data loading and data migrations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good business acumen
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Sales and consultancy background preferred.
