JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop and implement business strategy and identify opportunities for business performance improvement and division margin improvement
• Identify areas for continuous improvement, streamline processes to achieve better results.
• Ensure business unit operation with efficient and compliance
• Partner with commercial team and mainly focus on Capital related LBE, forecasting, funnel, footprint, capital coverage, capital productivity, capital pricing and capital related reporting and system
• Lead monthly closing and coordinate & submit all closing related reports, ensure efficient and effective financial transactions, regulatory / policy compliance etc. Prepare detail analysis & reports of OCGS related expenses
• Evaluate return on investment, well balance fixed assets investment vs. short term profitability
• Be the main contact person in finance team responsible for demand planning and products supply, to make sure demand is properly reflected in S&OP and timely update supply risk if there is any and proper solution is prepared.
• Responsible for AR & AP related activities
• Responsible for internal controls and internal audits
• Maximize digitalization of regular reports

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years’ experience in HealthCare industry with multinational corporation is preferred. Solid experiences in finance BP, FP&A or Controlling.
• MBA is preferred but not required.
• Positive thinking and Pro-active
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Strong execution and team player.
• Detail oriented and be able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
