OMNI CHANNEL SALES ASSOCIATE

The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a continuously growing network of more than 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores, 100 Concessions/Shop in Shops in 21 European Countries. Our EMEA Retail team is passionate, driven, multicultural and has a wonderful international spirit.

Who You Are:

Our Omni Channel Sales Associates are reliable, empowered individuals, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment. You are an effective communicator that delivers an elevated customer experience. Keen to collaborate, you are a team player with a positive attitude towards challenges. You are also comfortable in digital contact with customer. This is an in-store based role, not remote.

What You’ll Do:

  • Achieve virtual omni channel sales results through elevated customer engagement
  • Build and maintain repeat clientele by inspiring customers with developing continually your knowledge of current trends and styling techniques
  • Drive virtual sales results from the store by utilizing the clientele app and all available tools and technology
  • Perform operational tasks with excellence
  • Create an entire meaningful virtual customer experience including post-customer purchase processes: preparing products for delivery to the customer, packing, etc
  • Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment
  • Collaborate with the management team to create innovative ways to maximize personal sales results

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Confidence in delivering exceptional virtual omni channel customer experience
  • Ability to resolve all client problems quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention of detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of managing omni channel virtual sales targets and expectations
  • Comfortable communicating with customers on the phone (from the store) and via WhatsApp
  • Creativity and skills to create digital content to engage our customers
  • Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, retail sales environment
  • Able to work on different tasks easily – multi-tasking
  • English Language
