HR Support Coordinator

General Summary: Provide administrative support for the onboarding process and other data entry and clerical tasks for hourly associate files and records.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create new hire personnel files
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking of sensitive personnel information to include staffing assignments.
  • Back up facilitation of New Hire Orientation
  • Provide general correspondence (internal and external) written and verbal
  • Schedule pre-employment interviews
  • File HR records
  • Assist with the setup and execution of planned associate events
  • Create associate and contractor badges using ProWatch
  • Monitors and assists with incoming telephone calls
  • Follows set safety procedures and guidelines to maximize personal safety.
  • Maintains an organized work area and promotes a safe working environment.
  • Follows all company policies and procedures.
  • Will be cross-trained as needed in other HR functions
  • All other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Office work environment
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft WORD and EXCEL
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Must be able to work with confidential and sensitive information
  • Organizes and structures own time effectively
  • Attention to detail is essential

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • HR Coordinator or HR Assistant experience preferred
