This position plays a crucial role in aligning Cisco’s sales strategy with Cisco’s top partners. We are looking for a unique background in understanding the channel route to market, selling SaaS and enterprise software, and an understanding in the Contact Center market. Experience selling CX technologies such as Analytics, AI/ML, Bots, Workforce Optimization, CRM and Contact Center is critical.

What You’ll Do

As a Partner Business Development Specialist (PBDS), you will enable partners on Cisco's Contact Center market, drive partner solution innovation, investment, and practice building, in alignment with architectural and solution strategies.

You will drive Cisco's success in the Contact Center market through the partner. You will be aligning successful Contact Center strategies to bring together aggressive growth for partners in this market. You will be ultimately responsible for enabling and executing the partner the sales strategy to capture a significant share for Cisco Contact Center Solutions that include on-premise Cisco CC solutions with UCCX, PCCE, UCCE, and in time the transition to Cisco Webex Contact Center in the cloud. You have significant Contact Center domain skills and experience with a consistent sales track record. Overlay sales within a channel-led and direct go-to-market business model is required.

You will be required to build and maintain positive relationships with Collaboration leadership as well as the ability to work in and support multiple market segments with varied GTM models.

This individual contributor, quota-carrying role, will be part of a team of incredibly passionate and accomplished professionals, with a culture of collaboration! You will work internally and directly with a list of Cisco partners.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of SaaS/Contact center/software sales experience
  • Excellent executive presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Return on investment and outcome-based sales experience
  • Familiarity with key competitors such as Genesys, Amazon, Five 9, InContact, Avaya
  • Understanding of the Partner/channel sales model
  • Some travel within the region
