What is the opportunity?

The Automation & Tools Team is looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to join our development team to help ensure an exceptional quality standard for our in house developed suite of applications. The team supports in house development suite of application that are mainly on .NET frameworks, node.js, PHP, and SQL.

We are looking for a motivated Lead Full Stack Developer with strong technical skills who will enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you will have continuous learning opportunities and challenging work. We are using Lean values, leading edge technologies, test driven development to quickly deliver next-generation optimization. 

What will you do?

  • Performing complex application programming activities, including coding, testing, debugging, documenting, maintaining, and modifying complex applications programs a suite of applications including the existing legacy .NET Framework applications.
  • Participate in architecture design for the in-house development applications and obtain certification from enterprise architecture review.
  • Coordinating coding, testing, implementation and documentation of application solutions.
  • Conduct Code review and dev testing to pull requests created by the other full stack developers
  • Provide development support for enterprise standard change management requests and implementations
  • Promptly remediate any regulatory / compliance items, security vulnerabilities as they are reported 
  • Collaborate with peers to develop automated unit test and function test code for the Web Applications developed within the team.
  • Support and help other full stack developers as needed.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 5+ year experience with .NET framework, including: Web application development, Windows service development, Windows desktop applications, and API development (REST, SOAP)
  • 5+ year experiences with typescript, node.js, express.js/koa, PHP
  • Advanced experience with MS SQL development and Elastic Search
  • Ability to understand and modify and refactor legacy complex programs
  • Knowledge and experience with SRE, ability to prioritize the work to achieve better business value to the enterprise.
  • Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge and experience with REACT or Vue.js
  • Knowledge and experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and .NET Directory Services
  • Experience cloud technologies e.g. Open Shift
  • Experience with Microsoft MECM, ServiceNow
  • Experience with Python
